"In an effort to help protect the environment, Coda participates in Alpine Waste Solutions' commercial recycling program. Since beginning this program, we have decreased waste by over 50%. Also as part of this effort, Coda uses 100% biodegradable packing peanuts, which are made from corn and dissolve upon contact with water, converted to 100% wind-power for our electrical needs through Xcel Energy, and fuel our delivery vehicle with Bio-diesel. Bio-diesel is a low-toxin, biodegradable fuel, made from renewable resources, and has lower emissions than petroleum diesel."

• Bel Canto

  This Italian musical translates as “beautiful singing.” Indulge in this coffee and you might just start singing. Bel Canto is a dark roast with low acidity, heavy body, and rich aroma. It displays vibrant citrus notes with a chocolaty wine finish.

• Coda Decaf

  One Decaf that does it all. Smooth, great tasting drip coffee and excellent espresso found in one blend. It has a crisp, clean taste that is gentle on the palate. It has a medium body with an extremely mellow finish. This conventional coffee is decaffienated through the natural process.

• Con Brio

  Literally meaning "with brilliance" or "with spirit," Con Brio is a complex medium to dark roast with bright notes and a floral aroma. The complexity of this coffee is apparent at first taste; there is a smooth beginning that slowly transcends into a rich aftertaste. It has medium body and high acidity. Sip this wonderful coffee and enjoy the smooth, yet bright and fruity sensations dance across your palate.

• Moka Java

  Moka Java is believed to be the first known blend of coffees. Moka comes from the old Yemen port Al Mukha "Moka" and Java comes from the island of Java itself. Together they offer unique flavor that includes a hint of strawberry, a full body, and a think dry finish. It is a medium roast.
